Sensitive bladder myths. Let your confidence stand out

Does a vaginal birth cause a sensitive bladder?

Not necessarily. Although stress incontinence (leakage through activity) is more common for women who have given birth naturally, it can occur in women who have not. In fact, by the time women are post menopausal, the rates of sensitive bladder are very similar between all women - no matter how they gave birth, or indeed if they did at all.
